Description

1. Zgodnie z art. 91 ust. 1 ustawy PZP dokonano podziału zamówienia na części z uwagi na fakt, że zostały wyodrębnione odcinki dróg z podcinką ściany lasu oraz podcinką pojedynczych drzew dlatego zamówienie obejmuje wykonanie usług z podziałem na dwa Zadania. W przedmiotowym postępowaniu przetargowym nie dokonano podziału zamówienia na więcej części ze względów organizacyjnych i specyfikę robót. Wprowadzenie więcej niż jednego wykonawcy na stosunkowo krótkie odcinki drogi spowodowało by zaangażowanie większej ilości sprzętu niż jest to wymagane. Dla wykonania przedmiotowej usługi potrzebna…
