The Cardiff and Vale UHB Mental Health and Community Information System (MHCS) Programme is responsible for digitally enabling around 190 clinical services mainly within the areas of Mental Health, Community and Therapies through the PARIS (Civica) EPR, sustaining operational processes and clinical information across about 40% of the CAV Health Board.
