Relevant Competence and Experience of the Proposed Resource

**Minimum requirement:** The proposed resource shall have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience from building and construction projects. Of this experience, a minimum of 5 years, acquired during the last 7 years, shall be related to cost estimation, calculation, cost control or financial advisory services during the early phase, planning or project development. **Relevant Competence and Experience of the Proposed Resource** The following criteria will be emphasised when evaluating the proposed resource: * relevance and scope; * complexity of the assignments; * role and responsibilities.
