South Lanarkshire Council’s Housing and Technical Resources, Property Services requires to establish a multi-disciplinary contract to carry out the Removal and Disposal of Asbestos Materials with subsequent Reinstatement and Remedial Works. Works will consist of 60% asbestos / 40% non-asbestos work. Typical types of reinstatement works will include but not limited to flooring re-instatement, reinsulating lofts, plastering, joinery (including kitchen unit refit), electrical works and plumbing works where scaffolding will be required as and when required.
