Description
In 2023, Chichester District Council (the Authority) tendered for the provision of a repairs and maintenance service for its short-stay homelessness accommodation portfolio (approximate value £80,000 per annum). The contract was awarded to Mountjoy and commenced on 1 September 2023, with an intended minimum term of three years. On 1 September 2025, Mountjoy served the Authority with the required nine months’ notice to terminate the agreement and intends to end the contract on 31st May 2026.
