The overall aim of the project is to put in place a fit for purpose, improved accessibility and value for money short breaks service which is suitable for the needs of children and young people and their families. Short Breaks are designed to: • Support CYP with SEND to access meaningful activities, develop independence and social connections • Provide carers with essential, planned respite • Offer a mix of community based and specialist provision across daytime, evening, weekend and overnight settings.
