SCC requires the provision of safe and age-appropriate accommodation for young people/young adults between the ages of 17 and 25 who have experience of harmful substance use. The Service will work with each individual and Surrey's Young People's Substance Use Service to develop a package of care to support the young person/young adult in their recovery from harmful substance use.
