Description
Contractors to deliver retrofit measures to properties that are EPC rated D and below. Includes whole house and component retrofit works (subject to receipt of funding) over a three year period. Properties based in the North West and South Yorkshire. Works are anticipated to be procured through a PCR2015 or PA2023 framework through a direct award procedure.
