Direct award of a Collaborative Agreement to Action for the River Kennet (ARK) for delivery of the River Kennet SSSI Bracketts Hatches Fish Pass Project, comprising construction of a naturalised pool-and-traverse fish pass and replacement of existing water-level control infrastructure.
