Wyre Council is inviting quotations to prepare a design for the widening of the promenade to Rossall beach, North Promenade, Thornton-Cleveleys, FY5 1DW. As part of the 'Cleveleys Area' project, the Client intends to enhance the existing promenade by extending it seawards. This extension aims to facilitate easier pedestrian and cycle movements along the promenade, which is currently restricted by its limited width.
