Rotherham MBC is looking to create a framework of prequalified contractors, to act as Principal Contractors, who may in turn sub-contract out certain works packages to meet the overall defined scope. This will include but not be limited to, the following types of works: Roofing (repair & Replacement) Demolition Building works (Refurbishments, extensions and new builds) Structural repairs Mechanical Installation and repairs Electrical Installation and repairs Housing Adaptations/Disabled Facilities Extensions
