GLA Rough Sleeping to include the services below: Lot 1 _ MAPS :This service offers specialist capacity to help migrants identify and/or secure a sustainable route off the streets or avoid rough sleeping all together. Referrals come through charities and public sector organisations supporting migrants rough sleeping or at risk of rough sleeping. The service currently provides street outreach seven days a week across 26 London boroughs which currently focuses on rapidly responding to StreetLink referrals for people sleeping rough and providing a consistent response across London to find people…
