NOTE TO TENDERERS: The anticipated value of this contract is between £25m and £35m, and it is expected to be delivered in two phases, with the scope and timing of the phasing to be confirmed at ITP stage. Phase 1 (comprising the south part of the site) is likely to commence in early 2026, and Phase 2 (comprising the north part of the site) in early 2027.
