Caerphilly County Borough Council (CCBC) is seeking to appoint an external suitably qualified and experienced Principal Contractor to undertake works to Penallta Road Bridge, Penallta Road, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed, Caerphilly County Borough, Wales, CF82 7GN.
