Description
The Trust has a requirement for a suitable maintenance Supplier to provide Building and Engineering Maintenance services to 7 community-based properties either owned or leased by STH. This contract shall be mainly reactive maintenance although some planned preventative maintenance and monitoring is included. The Trust seeks to award the Successful supplier in line with the Procurement Act 2023 to ensure best value is achieved.
