Monmouthshire County Council has recently developed a Strategy for Commissioned Domiciliary Care in Monmouthshire 2024-2034. This strategy sets out a plan for the redesign and recommissioning of care across Monmouthshire to meet the needs of current and future residents in the County. The strategy contains a high-level 2 phased implementation plan, phase one of the plan will focus on tendering for the provision of long-term domiciliary care and support in the South of the County from the autumn of 2024.
