Specialist training for Matrons, Heads of Nursing and Directors of Nursing in relation to leadership of complex case handling and legal preparedness, with specific emphasis on Nursing and Midwifery Council cases. This a pilot programme for 48 learners, if successful it may be rolled out wider. Direct award is justified under Section 41 and Schedule 5, Paragraph 5 of the Procurement Act 2023, on the basis that this is a highly specialised training requirement.
