Platform Housing is seeking to procure suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver Home Investment & Retrofit Works across its housing stock. The scope of works under this procurement includes, but is not limited to: • Component replacements (e.g. kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, roofing) • Retrofit and energy efficiency works • Cyclical decorations • Major planned investment works • Major projects e.g. High Rise Building Works.
