The Global Trading System (GTS) contract forms part of the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office's (FCDO) wider Growth Community of Expertise (Growth CoE) programme, which provides technical assistance to support developing countries to participate more effectively in international trade and promote inclusive, export-led growth.
