Description
The aim of the service is to enable those who have had a stroke to make the best possible recovery by supporting the individuals and their families or carers, to ensure maximum independence and reduce reliance on long term services 2.6 The current service is split into two key elements: An Information, Advice and Referral Service that is available Monday to Friday between the hours of 0900 - 1630 excluding Bank Holidays.
