The Corporate Officer of the House of Commons and the Corporate Officer of the House of Lords (the Authority) are seeking information from potential suppliers regarding the provision of newspapers to the Parliamentary Estate. The Authority requires the timely delivery of national newspapers and a limited selection of periodicals to designated locations across the Estate.
