Description
The Council has an immediate requirement to support adults who find themselves homeless in suitable safe accommodation which allows them access to intensive 24/7 support. The Council has identified a property in Sunderland for which the support can be delivered. It is expected the contract (support service) will commence approximately Summer 2025 for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for periods at the discretion of the Council.
