Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa w zakresie transportu sanitarnego pacjentów oraz materiałów biologicznych do udzielania świadczeń zdrowotnych, na potrzeby ZOZ Oświęcim. Usługa realizowana będzie zgodnie z bieżącymi potrzebami Zamawiającego (Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do wykonywania transportów sanitarnych własnymi zespołami transportowymi). Ilości kursów zależne są od bieżących potrzeb Zamawiającego wskazanych w zleceniu Zamawiającego. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz wymagania w zakresie jego realizacji zamieszczono w Załączniku nr 1a do SWZ.
