Lot 1 - Targeted Catchment Investigations (TCI) This lot covers the delivery of Targeted Catchment Investigations (TCIs) across Thames Water's wastewater network to identify and reduce the risk of sewer blockages, pollution incidents, sewer flooding and customer service disruption.
