Description
Milton Keynes City Council is planning to procure an open framework for Temporary Accommodation services to replace the current DPS. All Local Authorities have a statutory duty under the Housing Act 1996 Part VII, (as amended by the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017) where appropriate, to provide temporary accommodation for homeless applicants pending investigations into their application.
