The Provision of appropriately licenced facilities for the acceptance, storage and treatment of combined garden and food wastes. This contract does not include the collection element of the service as this is undertaken by the Council's own in-house operation. The list of garden waste materials which will be accepted are as follows: Grass cuttings; Hedge Clippings; Leaves; Dead house and bedding plants; Windfall Fruit; Weeds; Twigs and small branches (not more 7 cm thick).
