Description
The intent is to award a multi-supplier Open Framework agreement for eight (8) years. The Open Framework will be opened every two (2) years, and the initial framework period shall have the option to extend for 12 months. The awarded contracts (frameworks) shall be aligned with the reopeners, which is for an initial two years with the option to extend by a further twelve months.
