The provision of a total facilities management service for National Highways buildings across all regions in England. The service is expected to commence in late 2026 and last for up to 7 years. The initial contract will support an estimated 42 buildings but include provision to support additional buildings as National Highways rationalises separate facilities management arrangements into a single service.
