Description
The Transitional Supported Accommodation Service aims to deliver an intensive twenty-four hour staffed accommodation for young people aged 16-24 who have a range of complex support needs and who require an intensive level of enhanced housing and transitional support. The service will provide twenty-four hour fixed site support, for up to a maximum of five young people. The property is provided by a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) and there will be a housing management agreement in place.
