Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kredyt bankowy na częściowe sfinansowanie w 2026 roku deficytu budżetu. Kwota kredytu: 10 700.000 zł Dopuszcza się refundację środkami z pozyskanego kredytu poniesionych w roku bieżącym wydatków budżetowych. Wypłata kredytu: w okresie od dnia podpisania umowy do 31 grudnia 2026 r., w transzach wg zlecenia Zamawiającego, na wskazany rachunek budżetu. Spłata kredytu w latach 2027 – 2038 w ratach płatnych kwartalnie.
