Predmet nabave je odvoz i zbrinjavanje otpadnih voda iz Uređaja za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda (UPOV-a). Okvirna godišnja količina po Ugovoru koji je predmet ove nabave iznosi 23.400 m3. Tijekom trajanja Ugovora količina otpadne vode koju je potrebno preuzeti i zbrinuti od strane odabranog ponuditelja (Izvršitelja) po danu, tjednu i mjesecu ne mora biti jednolika. Tijekom trajanja ovog Ugovora Naručitelj zadržava pravo da ne naruči uslugu u pojedinom tjednu ukoliko se za istom ne ukaže potreba.
