Yhteishankinnan kohteena ovat Yhteishankintayksikkö Velora Oy:n puitejärjestelyssä mukana oleville asiakkaille tarjottavat Microsoft CSP-lisenssit, Nexetic-varmuuskopiointituotteet, Microsoft-asiantuntijapalvelut sekä SSH:n turvallisen viestinnän ratkaisut. Yhteishankinta jaetaan eri osa-alueisiin (OA). Osa-alueisiin voi sisältyä esimerkiksi lisenssit, asiantuntijapalvelut, käyttöönotto-, kehitys- ja muutoshankkeet, palveluiden jatkuva ylläpito sekä koulutuspalvelut.
