Welsh Government Commercial Delivery (WGCD) are looking to commence the procurement of a multi-supplier framework for vehicle hire to replace the existing framework which expires in November 2025. WGCD wish appoint a number of Framework Suppliers, each operating under the Framework Agreement, to provide vehicle hire services across a range of vehicle types.
