Norfolk County Council will be seeking to appoint a contractor for the West Winch housing access road scheme near King’s Lynn, Norfolk. It is anticipated that the appointment will be on a design and build basis. The scheme is described in the outline business case, which was submitted to DfT in September 2023. It includes substantial works on the A47 trunk road, including dualling of a 1.3km stretch. The outline business case can be found here
