Devon County Council (DCC) intends to award under its Minor Engineering Works Framework 2026-30 under Lot 2 , in accordance with Section 10 of the Framework Information (Volume 2). The proposed project relates to: Historically, Devon County Council (DCC) installed a rock capture fence to protect the highway.
