1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie naprawy poziomu P5 wraz z pracami dodatkowymi i modyfikacyjnymi oraz świadczenie usług utrzymania dla 20 elektrycznych zespołów trakcyjnych serii ED250. 2. Postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia prowadzone jest w trybie dialogu konkurencyjnego na podstawie ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. – Prawo zamówień publicznych, zwanej dalej „ustawą Pzp”. Przedmiotowe zamówienie jest zamówieniem sektorowym. 3. Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące zamówienia zawiera dokumentacja postępowania.
