A support service that will enable Rochdale Local Authority to carry out its statutory duties with regard to the participation of young people, between the ages of 16 and 17 (and 19-25 where young people have an Education Health and Care Plan or are from a care background). This will be achieved by supporting and influencing young people to raise aspirations, supporting their ability to participate in education, training or employment with training.
