Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie długoterminowego kredytu bankowego na pokrycie planowanego deficytu budżetowego w kwocie 3.725.937,97 zł zgodnie z uchwałą nr 298 /2026 dnia 11wrześniaa 2026 roku Zarządu Powiatu w Lipnie, w walucie polskiej na okres kredytowania wynoszący 180 miesięcy. a) Bank stawia do dyspozycji Kredytobiorcy kredyt w ciągu 7 dni od zawarcia umowy o udzielenie kredytu. b) Zabezpieczenie kredytu stanowić będzie weksel własny „in blanco” bez protestu wraz z deklaracją wekslową. c) Zamawiający zastrzega sobie możliwość wcześniejszej spłaty kredytu /bez konsekwencji…
