Przedmiot umowy swoim zakresem obejmuje: 1) transport przedmiotu zamówienia do siedziby zamawiającego; 2) montaż i uruchomienie przedmiotu zamówienia w siedzibie zamawiającego; 3) szkolenie personelu medycznego; 4) zapewnienie świadczeń gwarancyjnych oraz – w przypadku urządzeń wymagających obsługi serwisowej – serwisu gwarancyjnego. Szczegółowy opis parametrów technicznych i funkcjonalnych określony został w Ofercie Technicznej stanowiącej załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
