Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 roku - Prawo Energetyczne (Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 43 z późn. zm.), zwanym dalej Ustawa PE, czyli ustawa Prawo energetyczne) do obiektów Zamawiającego przez okres 12 miesięcy od daty 01 stycznia 2027 roku.
