Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup energii elektrycznej czynnej na potrzeby eksploatacji nieruchomości użytkowanych przez jednostki nieposiadające osobowości prawnej i nieruchomości będących w bezpośrednim zarządzaniu Zamawiającego, zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami, standardami jakościowymi określonymi w ustawie z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r.
