Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie przez Wykonawcę na rzecz Zamawiającego kompleksowej usługi rozległej sieci WAN, obejmującej zaprojektowanie, zestawienie, uruchomienie, utrzymanie, monitorowanie oraz serwisowanie łączności pomiędzy Jednostkami Zamawiającego, a także zapewnienie transportu ruchu IP zwanej dalej Usługą WAN-WP. W ramach Umowy Wykonawca uruchomi i będzie utrzymywał dwie niezależne usługi operatorskiego dostępu do Internetu, realizowane z wykorzystaniem protokołu BGP, stanowiące punkty wyjścia do Internetu dla sieci Zamawiającego.
