4.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie Gminie Bychawa kredytu długoterminowego w kwocie 4 818 000,00zł na sfinansowanie deficytu budżetu gminy i spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań. 4.2.
